Hi Friends! My name is Tamia, educator of 22 years (PhD and a few masters degrees), and Certified Yoga Teacher. I started Be Well, Friends to offer a holistic and integrative approach to mental and physical wellness through yoga, nutrition guidance, education and mindfulness that facilitates mind-body balance while improving how the body responds to stress.
